The splendid former church dedicated to Saint King Stephen of Baia Mare left a lasting impression on me with its exquisite bell tower. Delving into the art scene, I discovered the fascinating formation of the Baia Mare School of Painting, showcasing a unique blend of traditional and modern elements.Beyond the city's rich cultural heritage, the largest regional museum in Europe was a treasure trove of history and art. The museum offered insights into the regional art scene, including the influences of Impressionism in Hungarian painting.my time in Baia Mare was greatly enhanced by the exceptional staff and the convenience of the free WiFi throughout my stay.
